- Unlike other dimpled knives that are acid etched and prone to rust, we have a hydrophobic & oleophobic food-grade black coating on the blade for nonstick and rust resistance.
- The handle of this knife is made of natural ebony wood, it feels thick, smooth, and warm. Additionally, the extra-thick octagonal bolster, forged from high-quality stainless steel, acts as a seamless junction between the handle and the blade.
