- Blade Material: Japanese VG10 blade core & 9CR18MOV stainless steel on each side.
- Blade Edge: Double beveled. Friendly to both left-handers and right-handers.

- Made of 3-layer Japanese Cobalt Molybdenum Vanadium VG10 superior stainless steel, with high-quality stainless steel cladding on each side. VG10 steel is hard, corrosion-resistant, and has excellent edge retention.
- Hand-finished with the traditional 3-step Honbazuke method, the knife is mirror polished with an amazing 12°~15° blade edge. The blade is coarsely ground by a vertically rotating sharpening stone, and then finely honed by a horizontally rotating sharpening stone. The blade edge is finally polished with a leather stropping block to obtain a scalpel-like sharpness.
- The handle is made of natural Sapele wood, which feels thick, smooth, and warm.
- Ultra-thick octagonal bolster forged from premium stainless steel acts as a seamless junction between the handle and the knife blade.
- The well-balanced design makes every cut firm and comfortable.
